1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Kokeshi Identifier landing site and the Kokeshi Identifier experience linked from it. It does not control the privacy practices of unrelated third-party websites that you may choose to visit.
2. Information you provide
If an identifier feature lets you submit a photograph, image, description, mark, or other input, that content may be processed to return the identification or research result you requested.
If you contact support, we receive the information contained in your email, including your email address and anything else you choose to send.
3. Technical information
The public landing site does not include advertising trackers or application analytics in its source code. Hosting and network providers may nevertheless process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service.
4. How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, answer support requests, maintain reliability and security, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Service providers
Kokeshi may rely on hosting, infrastructure, security, or model/service providers. When an identifier feature requires a remote service to process your input, the relevant content may be transmitted to that provider for the purpose of producing the requested result. Those providers may process information under their own contractual and privacy terms.
6. Retention
We aim to retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Infrastructure providers may retain operational logs according to their own retention schedules.
7. Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers as described above, when you direct us to do so, or when disclosure is reasonably required by law, security, or the protection of rights and safety.
8. Children
Kokeshi Identifier is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the service, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. To make a privacy request, email augustin.dev@tutamail.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the product or its data flows change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date shown on this page.
